In the fall, while much of the work has focused on building the new Remount Road interchange, work has also been taking place elsewhere along the Interstate, beginning to spread out.

Work has been completed on burying a steep ditch behind several businesses along Rivers Avenue.
Work has begun on widening both sides of the I-26 overpass over Taylor Street.
Casper Pagent Road, which was the route used to access the municipal court, is being realigned with the new Remount Road alignment.
Concrete patching work has been making much-needed improvements to the existing I-26 roadway.

Work has begun along I-26 westbound between Remount and Aviation.  When complete, this will include a new on-ramp from Remount Road.

        

Work on the Remount Road realignment is continuing on both sides of Interstate 26.
