During the month of September, work began on the new Remount Road overpass while considerable progress was made on the new Remount.  Work also began along I-26 and at the Aviation Avenue interchange.

Clearing and shoulder paving near the Aviation exit is making the way for work to begin on Fain Road and the interchange realignment.
Work is underway alongside I-26 Eastbound to make way for new lanes and the future I-26 offramp.
Five foot tall pipe is being laid along the I-26 Westbound off-ramp onto Aviation Avenue to improve storm drainage and hide an unsightly deep ditch behind local businesses.
