April 2010 progress photos:  

Work has begun on the new exit and entrance ramps at the Aviation Avenue interchange.
Work on the first phase of the new Aviation Avenue overpass is complete.
The construction of the asphalt base in the new center lanes is complete and preparations are underway for concrete paving.
Work on Remount Road is underway.  Asphalt base has been laid, preparing for concrete paving.  The new railroad crossing has also been installed.
