What's
going on with the 901 project?
With the realignment work at the Albright/Saluda/Mt. Holly
intersection completed, work is now shifting to the widening of the
remainder of SC 901 (Mount Holly Road) towards I-77.
Please note the roadway, while the new lanes are open, is not
complete. Final paving, which will smooth out the road for
motorists, will take place in coming months.
While lane closures will not be occurring at all times, please
expect delays when traveling through this area and plan ahead. Watch
for slowed and stopped traffic ahead, flaggers and construction
equipment in the roadway.
