North Charleston Mayor helps open Aviation Avenue

North Charleston Mayor Keith Summey showed up to mark the re-opening of Aviation Avenue, part of U.S. Group's I-26 reconstruction project, by helping crews move the barricades.
The closure allowed crews to pour the new concrete lanes and was wrapped up several days ahead of the deadline for that part of the project to be completed.
