LAKE FRANCES

Lake Frances features a heavily landscaped entrance with berms sculpted on both sides of a divided entry. The community contains an Amenity Center and Clubhouse, featuring a pool, a summer kitchen, a playground area, a volleyball court, horseshoes, swings, a sandy beach area with picnic facilities and a community floating dock that leads to a 48-acre lake.

To create Lake Frances, U.S. Group expanded an existing lake and reconstructed an existing dam. In keeping with the company's environmentally-friendly infrastructure design and development, natural vistas and wildlife sanctuaries blanket the 90-acre residential community’s 266 homesites.
